Motorspor.com: Yvan, you recently had a trip to Turkey. Why were you there? What was your duty?

Yvan Muller: I went there because Opel Turkey bought my last year’s BTCC Opel Astra car. They asked few engineers and me to go there and help them…. To explain to them how the car works.

Motorspor.com: How did Erkut, the driver perform?

Yvan Muller: He was OK, but you know he is starting touring cars and he needs some mileage before; to be in the pace. But he has a good base.

Motorspor.com: Will you visit Turkey again?

Yvan Muller: At the moment it is not planned but if they ask me I will go with pleasure.

Motorspor.com: Did you get the opportunity to visit Formula 1 circuit in Istanbul?

Yvan Muller: No, I was only in Izmir and stayed only two days. So I did not see too much but what I did see of  Turkey I enjoyed and was very surprised.
