MOTORSPORT INDUSTRY GEARS UP FOR AUTOSPORT INTERNATIONAL

This year sees Europe’s largest motorsport show celebrate its 20th year, and will again be a show not to be missed. In 2009 there were 26,000 trade visitors, and this year, the four-day event will once again include the highly-successful two-day, specialist show, Autosport Engineering.

With so many of the motorsport world’s key decision-makers present, it’s no wonder that the show is a ‘must-attend event’ for companies in the motorsport industry, as well as motorsport professionals who want to be first-in-the-know and up-to-date with the latest technological advances.

Autosport International is a prominent show for world trade: with approximately 4,000 overseas visitors attending Autosport International, the show provides the perfect place for global exhibitors wishing to extend their customer base to European countries. This year, Autosport International has attracted first-time exhibitors from as far afield as Argentina and Taiwan as they search out fresh business and partners.

Back again for 2010 are names such as AP Racing (brakes & clutches), Capricorn (components), Koni (suspension), Mountune (engines) and Quaife (transmissions) who, among the other trade exhibitors, are aiming to add to the $700 million worth of business that was generated at the event last year.

"The fact that so many representatives from the world's motorsport industry are at the show proves that it is a vital event for anyone involved in the sport, but especially for those wanting to generate new opportunities and increase their company brand and product awareness around the world,” Autosport International Show Director, Ian France said.
